General questions

Buying, viewing and getting help

Answers about the steps before you buy and everything that follows.

No. Xtreme IPTV at xtremeiptv.co is an independent service. It is not Xtreme HD IPTV, and it is not affiliated with xtremeiptv.org, xtremeiptv.net or any other site using the Xtreme name. Logins bought from those services will not work here, and their prices, plans and support do not apply. Prices, plans and support on this site apply only to orders placed through xtremeiptv.co.

Xtreme IPTV is a TV subscription delivered over the internet. We send you login details, either as an M3U link or as a server address plus a username and password, and you add them to an IPTV player on your Smart TV, Firestick, phone, tablet or computer. With that login you get 20,000 live channels and more than 50,000 films and episodes on demand.

There are four plans, and each is a single payment covering its full term: $18.99 for 1 month, $34.99 for 3 months, $49.99 for 6 months and $74.99 for 12 months. All of them include the same channels and library. None renews automatically, so you never have anything to cancel.

About 20,000 live channels, organised by country and genre and covering sport, films, series, news, documentaries, kids and international TV. On top of that comes the on-demand library of more than 50,000 films and episodes, arranged by genre and year instead of one long list. The channels page goes through each group in turn.

It runs on Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV sticks and cubes, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and Windows or macOS computers. A web player is not available. For exact model cut-offs, which become important on TVs made before about 2016, see the supported devices page.

Send us a WhatsApp message or use the contact form and say which plan length you would like. We confirm the plan and the price with you, send a secure Stripe payment link to pay by card, and send your login once the payment has gone through. This site has no checkout, so you are not charged while you are still asking questions.

By credit or debit card, through Stripe. After we confirm your plan on WhatsApp or by email, we send you a Stripe payment link; you enter your card on Stripe’s secure page, not on this site, and we never see the full card number. Your login follows once the payment has gone through.

Usually within the hour after the order is settled, which in practice means the same day. There is nothing to ship and no hardware to wait for. If your login has not come through, look in your spam folder, then send us a message.

Yes. Put the same login on as many of your own devices as you want, such as your TV, phone, tablet and laptop. The limit applies to watching at the same moment: each subscription plays one stream at a time. If you need two screens running together, ask us about adding a second connection instead of trying to get around the limit.

For Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV, use TiviMate, published by Armobsoft FZE. For iPhone and iPad, Smarters Player Lite, published by WHMCS SMARTERS. For Samsung and LG TVs, Smart IPTV from siptv.app. For a computer, VLC. None of these apps are ours: we have no affiliation with any of them and receive nothing from their developers. Any player that takes an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login will work, so pick whichever you prefer.

No. Xtreme IPTV is the subscription itself, meaning the channels and the library. The player is a separate app made by another company, and which one you use is up to you. If someone offers you an “Xtreme app” to side-load from a website you do not know, it does not come from us, and any player you side-load gets the login to your paid subscription.

Plan on about 15 Mbps for Full HD and around 25 Mbps for 4K. Test the speed on the device you actually watch on, not a laptop elsewhere in the house, and test it in the evening instead of at midday. A wired connection always does better than Wi-Fi. A slow line causes buffering, and changing player settings will not cure it.

Yes, 24 hours a day, by WhatsApp and email. On the 6-month and 12-month plans we also guide you through setup on your own device, rather than sending instructions and leaving the rest to you.

Just ask. We arrange trials individually over WhatsApp instead of offering a trial button on this page, since a trial only tells you something if it runs on your own device and connection, and that is what we would set up with you.

Yes. Since nothing renews on its own, when a term ends you simply decide what comes next: a longer plan, a shorter one, or nothing at all. To move up to a longer term before the current one finishes, send us a message and we will calculate the difference.

Let us know early, with as much detail as you can. Most problems that look like a poor service come down to the setup, the player or the internet connection, and they are usually fixed in a few minutes; the troubleshooting page covers the usual issues before you even need to contact us. We do not offer a money-back guarantee, so your rights are the ones consumer law gives you where you live. The refund policy page states this plainly and does not promise more than we provide.

More detail on the pages these answers mention: channel list, supported devices, troubleshooting and the refund policy.

Device-specific questions

Some questions only arise on one platform, so each install guide handles its own: the unknown-sources option on a Firestick, the MAC address on a Samsung, or the copycat apps on iOS.

All four plans share one catalogue, and a single login covers every screen at home. Send us a message saying which term you want. You pay nothing while you are still making up your mind.
